Passion and grit formed by how we face our challenges combined with the support we receive throughout our journey. Creating trusting relationships comes from having the courage to push forward, knowing we are unable to control the outcome.

Oxytocin is the brain’s trust neuro-chemical. It is released when we have the support of the other gladiators sharing a common experience. Those shared experiences can build relationships that last a lifetime. The same type of grit is needed for those working to develop their leadership and emotional intelligence.?
