The Agent Reels campaign by Knight Frank

The Knight Frank Residential campaign implemented an innovative paid social strategy that dramatically boosted brand awareness and follower growth on prominent social platforms Meta and TikTok. By showcasing estate agents personally guiding users through properties, rather than relying on standard impersonal property content, the campaign exceeded engagement targets by 106%, reduced Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) to ￡0.15, and garnered over 1.3 million ThruPlays.

Moreover, this approach led to an impressive surge in TikTok followers, increasing from 2,200 to over 10,000.
