Passion

Passion

This is my sixth article about my experiences in Customer Service and I decided to talk about an important element for our success: “ Passion for what you do” and that is because nobody is willing to take a service or to take it again if we ourselves are not convinced or happy doing what we do and sell what we offer. Our guests since they hear our tone of voice, or look at our faces can know how we feel about the work we do and the brand we represent. I have customers who come to the store and tell me: “What great energy, it encourages me” or “I like to come here because it is nice to see a happy person in the morning” another day one of my customers John Hogan who is the President of a Bank in my area put in a comment that I was an ambassador for the brand, then I read it again the same comment made by another person and I began to think that many of us identify the brand for which we work and if we do it with excellence this generates a great impact on loyalty. Passion is a thing of the heart that makes us go the extra mile. I have had many times to stay up late creating details for my customers, writing cards, studying their cultures or thinking about how to make a positive impact on their mornings. That is passion! That is why it is important that we can discover what our passion is because it is precisely in that area where we can develop our talents, enjoy what we do and succeed in our area of influence. I have had the opportunity to train many people and I can always identify from the beginning whether or not it will work with clients precisely because of the level of passion they show in the service. In the sector I work which is fast food, there is a lot of disappointment in terms of customer service, but now I feel very satisfied that we are creating a change, not only do we have satisfied customers with speed and food, also we are creating a new culture in customer service and that is a great treasure for a business. A customer can forget any mistake, but he will never forget the differential treatment he receives in a place. Passion is the seal of the Champions . I am more than proud of the brand that I represent and inside or outside of work I feel passion for what I do. The Passion makes you reach levels of excellence that are inspiring for other businesses. Passion raises quality standards and convinces customers that they are in the right place and buying the right thing. You cannot connect without passion, you cannot serve with excellence without passion, you cannot grow without passion. Love what you do and enjoy what you do because that is exactly what is lacking in business today. Do not leave love at home I read in an article take it to your work too because it is also necessary there. My wish on this day is that you can find your passion and put it into action ??

Another great piece Claudia Rodriguez - as Fred Turner’s opening letter of the 1992 McDonald's O&T manual stated “enjoy what you’re doing...Life’s too short not to love what you’re doing...”
