Passion

Passion is a strong feeling of being excited or enthusiastic for something or for doing something i.e. a task, an assignment, a job,a role, a project etc. Allow us to go through what we would call having Passion for the Work you do. Do you have a passion for your job?Do you have a passion for your career?The answer could be yes or no but not in between.

Either you are passionate or not!

How does one tell if they are passionate? The inner excitement that comes with working or doing that job.The extra effort you give to your job/career.The positive energy you put towards your work/career.The fulfillment that it comes with.The inner driving force to do that job.The capability of not being bossed around to perform your duty.The willingness to go an extra mile.The massive time investment you put towards your work.The desire to keep getting better in your work.The selfless ideas,actions that you give/perform without being pushed!This is what we call P-A-S-S-I-O-N! As long as you have a passion in what you are doing(work/career) then it mean you are in your line of your purpose.No one really desires to work and yet feel empty.No one really want to work and at the end of the day, feel wasted.No one wants to feel not appreciated.

We all want to work at our best,give our best and be rewarded for who we are, at our best.
