A leading sales executive suggested PASSION as a word of the day.

A great word and it fits a theme of TOGETHER for this week. How would you like to spend a lot of time TOGETHER with someone with no PASSION?

If you are interviewing someone you of course look at their skills and experiences, but who do you want to work with and do you expect to accomplish things? Look for PASSION.

PASSION is what drives us to succeed, even to achieve the IMPOSSIBLE.
