Passion before Purpose.

Passion before Purpose.

Grit is that "extra something" that separates the most successful people from the rest. It's the passion, perseverance and empathy that we must channelize & practice on regular basis in order to stick with our dreams until they become a reality. Majority of us know, know this & understand what it requires to reach there but unfortunately not many can stick to it & pursue the same. Reasons can be different to each one of us.So, the bigger & most important question to ask is " What is more important, is it Purpose or Passion ?" 90% of us might be trapped in achieving our purpose of life, only 10% would go that extra mile to sustain & continue the passion.I am also the victim of the same, but I have promised to myself that sooner or later, I will go back & do what I love the most. I still remember, in my school days, I was more into Sports, Table Tennis (Ping-Pong) being at the top priority followed by Carroms & Cricket. Though, I continued Ping Pong from KG - PG, but silently it became the next priority after education , also it helped me realize my potential in the game. I was able to analyze whether this will be a bread winner or not, the moment we realize that this is not going to help live a life : passion was replaced by my purpose in Life. I had to move forward with Education being the first priority. It had its own benefits but somewhere or the other I placed the game at the side. Nevertheless, completed the Education - getting into Corporate Life was another leveler in my personal Life. I still remember in my initial years in the corporate work - I was keen, excited , more innovative but with time, things started taking a turn, I was getting used to the comfort zone & that is when I challenged myself & started shifting roles : it helped me give different perspectives, I got an opportunity to explore countries like Africa , Taiwan & China. The life is still kicking high but the question still remains the same - Am I chasing the Passion or the Purpose : the answer is clear enough at this moment, it is Purpose followed by Passion : Though I love the role, I am into -somewhere I feel there is a miss, somewhere I feel whether everything is worth it. This leads to another question : Is staying away from family for money, worth it ? Is it that all matters in Life ? May be , it would help give an extra bedroom but I think it levels down all at some point down the line. Life takes you to places, they say - I feel it is the choices me make that decides our path. Are we making the right choice at right time , is what matters the most.

When we have balance in our life, work becomes an entirely different experience. The passion can be moved to a whole new level of fulfillment & gratitude and that's exactly when, we can do our best. Hence, it is absolutely important to analyze what we need & how much we need. There is a saying that, when you leave this planet, your bank balance should be zero, the amount that is left in your bank during your death is the extra effort done by you. May be some amount to your next generation is a wise saving, but we should not be carried away with the race of life & miss out on precious moments.

Don’t worry about what the world needs.?Ask what makes you come alive and do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive !

With this note, I wish all of you nothing, but the best to come, do prioritize -Health, Family, Passion & Purpose !!!in the order written :)???? ???????? ?? ????? ???? ???? ???, ?? ???? ???? ???????? ??? ????? ???? ???? ?? !
