Guests are very social at events and we are finding it is very important to have a continuing passing of both food and beverage selections. Choose one to four drink choices and pass those throughout the event. This keeps the lines down at the beverage stations. For appetizers have these be experiences that guests may not have seen at other events. it is important that you let the guests know what is in each of the selections. Also very important to have the choices be a one to two bite option. Present the choices in a unique way to show off the food selections and make it easy for the guests to pick up.
