Passing 'Peak Emissions'
Did you hear?
“.. It's reported in the Sydney Morning Herald and many other outlets globally that showed that while growth in the economy of China is going up and also the rest of the world slightly, you know, it's not a vast growth, but it's not a decline.
We're seeing China's emissions in particular not only level, but begin to go down. And scientists believe this may be the turning point on climate because China's the biggest emission producer, because it produces so much of the things we buy and use all the time. So when I say China's emissions are going down, what I mean is the world's emissions are leveling and going down.
That is maybe something I didn't expect to see. As someone who spends most waking hours looking at climate change as an issue, I just didn't expect to see that good news come across at this stage. I thought it would take us another ten, maybe 20 years to start to get there and that every year we spent waiting we'd have greater impacts.
So, we actually could solve climate change, which is something you're not going to hear people say often by hand on heart. It's in our grasp that we could turn it around.
And when you think about the size and scale of the change we're talking about, which is transforming not only our global energy systems but our global economy that's been based on fossil fuels, those are pretty big things to be hopeful about. ..” - Blair Palese .

Strategy - Attention - Investment
I’ve been slack with my positioning over the past 5 years.
Whilst I’ve been having a great time working with CEOs and Boards to strategise their next steps and future visions, update and renew their brands, and then build the systems to demonstrate their nuance and value proposition to stakeholders and investors, my positioning hasn’t been that clear.

“I see you popping up at so many events, having lots of conversations with people, though I don’t really know what you do” - a bit slack of me. Wonder no more!
I help CEOs and Boards with three things:
Strategy.
Attention.
Investment.
Even that’s a bit amorphous, let me ask you to consider;
If you’d like to brainstorm a plan to effectively answer one or all of those questions in a contextual, useful way for your business, or know someone it's relevant for, please get in touch.
