Party Style Chicken Biriyani

I am starting out today with a new flavour of Biriyani. We need to take a pan and put Chicken pieces in it. Add Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, coriander powder, Homemade Biriyani Masala Powder, Salt, Lemon juice proportionate to taste and lastly fried onions .Mix evenly now when the meat is mixed properly add Mint and coriander leaves paste and mix evenly again . Add Kashmiri Chilli powder ,pepper powder , Chicken Masala powder .Now mix well.Add oil and mix .Add Curd to the mixture and again blend it with the chicken paste. Now marinate it for 1 hour. Cover it with a lid. Now boil water seperately in a pan . Add salt ,whole garam masala, oil .Now when the mixture starts to boil, add soaked Basmati rice, 5 times to it and cover with lid. Cooking for Rice is 70%. Now cover the lid. Now add the basmati rice from this pan to the biriyani mixture ,Add ghee, coriander leaves , mint leaves ,fried onions on the top. Add some food colour on top. Now cover and place it on fire. Now if you take out the biriyani underneath the basmati rice it is awesomely cooked.
