Partnerships Work.

Giving is better than Receiving.

As a Partnerships Manager this ethos is absolutely core to my work, understanding that a true partnership represents mutual benefit (for our partners and our respective clients) and has genuine longevity.

My Dad was a carpenter. As well as working all day he also self-built my childhood homes - usually working late into the night and at weekends.

Dad is now 81 years of age, and is the wisest sage I know.

He can fix ANYTHING.

As long as it involves wood.

Joking aside, he understands partnerships better than anyone - because at that time he had an endless stream of other tradesmen willing to help him. For free.

Why?

Because Dad was also helping THEM, on their jobs, for free.

Electricians, plumbers, masons, painters etc etc.

Mutual benefit, win-win, examples of true and pure partnership working. Which is why I understand so well what it takes to build partnerships with people and organisations alike.

Reciprocity leads to Velocity.

Let’s build partnerships, together.
