Everyone gets insights and learnings from their lived experiences.?
We also gain wisdom via reading books, watching videos and listening to stories.?
Although having insights is useful, putting them into action is essential if we want them to make a difference.?
Our loved experiences are unique and have the potential to take us places.?
In his book "Crazy Good", Steve Chandler says that we don't always have the big picture on our minds and hence miss out on enforcing discipline.?

What learnings can you remember that have helped you become a better version of yourself?
Let me know in the comments - How did discipline play a role in your life? How can you repeat the same thing?
