PARTNERSHIP APPOINTMENTS TO DRIVE THE NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH

Paddington Partners are delighted to announce our Partnership Appointments as we enter our next phase of growth.

?Adam Briscoe, Adam Campbell, Felicity Beavis, Kate Oughton & Sam Purvis have become Partners in our business and will drive our five-year strategic plan.

?We are proud of our cohesive Senior Leadership Team and we are excited about our growth plan and what it means for our clients, candidates and our employees.

?We plan to enhance our service offering to clients?by launching a new division- Paddington Senior Appointments. We will continue to grow our M&A division. We will continue to invest in our Research function to support our consultants with delivering retainers and sourcing candidates. We remain committed to training, developing and investing in our employees. ?We have growth plans for all of our markets to meet our increasing client demand.

Adam Briscoe- 12 years- Hong Kong, Australia, London, Europe & Middle East

Adam Briscoe has been with Paddington Partners for 12 years and has played an instrumental role in building out the business from a start up to an established brand. Adam is a proven developer of people, a leader who motivates, encourages and inspires his team.? Adam has worked in our Hong Kong, Australia, and London businesses. Adam plays a pivotal role in our five-year plan overseeing our London, European and Middle East businesses.

?Adam Campbell- 8 years- Singapore & USA

Adam joined our high performing Singapore business in 2015 and came to us with a proven network across Asia. Adam led our Singapore business for six years and is now spearheading our US growth. We have ambitious growth plans for the US. Adam also leads our global client strategy, a very important part of our five-year plan. We have placed with over 300 different clients in many geographies since we were founded in 2008. It is important to us that we Partner with clients for the long term and we are a reliable source for talent globally allowing our clients to meet their strategic growth plans.

Felicity Beavis- 5 years- USA & Singapore

Felicity started with Paddington Partners in our London office 5 years ago. Felicity relocated to our Singapore office as Country Manager in January 2022. Felicity has played a key role in enhancing our research function and oversees our global training and development. Felicity has originated and delivered some particularly significant assignments for a diverse range of clients. This has been a rapid rise and a well-earned place on the Senior Leadership Team as a Partner.

?Kate Oughton- 6 years- Australia & Paddington Senior Appointments?

Kate will augment our capability by establishing our newest division- Paddington Senior Appointments. PSA will support clients with Senior Mandates, we will further develop our enterprise client base to offer greater leadership opportunities to our senior candidates.

Kate will work closely with Hayley and Hanna in the M&A team and the recruitment to recruitment team to bridge our global client relationships. Kate has led our Senior Leadership Team for the last 12 months to achieve our annual strategic objectives.

?Sam Purvis- 8 years- North Asia ?

Sam has been based out of our Hong Kong office since joining us 8 years ago and has built an exceptional reputation for himself and Paddington Partners. Sam has successfully delivered on mandates across Hong Kong, Greater China, and SEA within a diverse client base. He is a key driver in our expansion into the Japan market. Sam has been promoted 5 times in 8 years. ?Sam is consistently one of our top sales performers and has been a key member of our Leadership Team driving global collaboration and is a mentor and role model to many within the firm. ?
