By partnering with Welcome and introducing their clients to the possibility of new construction, agents earn more and sell faster.
There are two ways for agents to grow their businesses with Welcome:
Option 01: Listing agent. List as a Welcome New Construction Listing (NCL).
We think of it this way: Homes are staged for selling. Land should be, too. Stage your land or teardown listing as a to-be-built Welcome Home. Our New Construction Listings (NCL) are proven to attract more buyers and accelerate the sales process. Plus, you'll receive commission on the base price of the home, not just the land. Submit a property for review and our team will confirm buildability and guaranteed price for a Welcome NCL. Once approved, our team will provide you with hyper-realistic renders to promote your listing.

Option 02: Buyer's agent. Refer a buyer to Welcome.
Struggling to find inventory? Let your buyers know that new construction is now an option. We have thousands of infill new construction opportunities in desirable neighborhoods. Our team will support your buyer through all phases of the process, from property selection through design. You receive an additional 2.5% on the Welcome build value, outside of the land sale.

For builders
When partnered up with Welcome, professional builders enjoy everything they need to grow their businesses: a steady stream of job offers, turnkey designs, and support with all the hard stuff– so they can focus on building, and nothing else.
Here's why homebuilders love partnering with us:
01: Steady flow of new construction offers.
After joining our platform, we'll send you offers for builds submitted by customers in your area. You can accept– or reject– jobs directly within our online platform.

02: Procurement assistance.
Welcome will identify everything required for the project– down to the specific SKU of each product–, as well as the timing. Welcome negotiates volume discounts and builds relationships with major brands and suppliers, which you can also leverage for your own custom builds.
03: Turnkey designs.
Welcome works with the customer to solidify all design selections. You'll receive a formal bid packet with the specific products, fixtures, and finishes paired with their selections.
04: Customer management.
Welcome handles all customer communication. Our real-time status dashboard will keep all parties in the loop and up-to-date on the progress of the project. You just build.
How it works
Join our network and get familiar with Welcome.
During onboarding, we will share a sample offer packet to clarify pricing and help you get familiar with our home models. Your pricing inputs will help us improve our customer-facing pricing algorithm.
Receive real offers from Welcome customers.
Welcome customers select their property, design their home, and submit offers– all within our online platform. We'll notify you when a new construction offer is available in your area– an offer you can choose to accept or reject.
Accept or reject offers at your discretion.
Offers will be sent your way, complete with a bid set and required materials. Again, you have the opportunity to accept our reject the offer.
Build without any distractions.
Welcome handles the project updates so you can focus on building. The only thing we may ask of you are some photo updates along the way.
