Partnering with HRUCKUS
HRUCKUS often gets asked to partner on our client's open requirements as a C2C subcontractor or on a profit-share basis for permanent placement. Based on our branding, tech stack, and deep candidate bench, we can often fill on our own ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, there are times when niche requirements and/or clearances make it more difficult to solve the problems of our customers. Ultimately, fulfilling the mission of our customers is the goal, regardless of the solution.
HRUCKUS currently has some challenging requirements that we are willing to team with other firms or individual contributors. We have a multiple-step process to verify any new partners to ensure quality, security, and necessary privacy.
We are open to agencies or US-based individual contributors with experience in DoD and Federal Recruiting, particularly in the DC Area.
Typical roles where we solicit help are when the end-customer requires individuals to be onsite, possess advanced technical niche skills, and/or have a current #securityclearance. Current hot fills in this category include:
For C2C roles, HRUCKUS provides a target bill rate and pay rate for each resource. For permanent placement recruiting, profit share can be from 5 to 10% depending on terms with our clients and clearance.
