IT Partner supports local initiative in Uganda

Since 2014 IT Partner is supporting Peter's Primary School Malindi in Uganda. Former Uniport Terminal Manager Maarten van de Struis is the initiator of this project.

Every year Maarten is succesful in collecting money from Rotterdam businesses for this school, for clothing, school stuff, food etc.

Yesterday he called me from Malindi (Uganda) and told me that due to Covid19 there is an immediate need for food. He is organizing food support with the local authorities and reaching out in his network to get additional funds for this. As IT Partner we immediately decided to donate money. Later that day we received pictures from Maarten where food was bought immediately and handed over to the local people.

I would like to address my network to sponsor this or any other project. If you would like to participate this particular project send me a message and I will pass it through. You can decide what amount, the foundation will issue an invoice.

Stichting Peter's Primary School Malindi obtained the ANBI (offical charity status) status since April 17th 2009.
