Partner Summit Digital: What Partner Marketers Need to Know
As marketers, we’ve all faced challenges this year, unlike anything most of us have ever seen in our careers. The way we work must constantly adapt or it will become obsolete. And this is all happening at a time when we’re more physically apart than ever before. In many ways, we have all been challenged with creating messaging that forges deeper and more meaningful connections than we have in the past.
These changes in and of themselves aren’t inherently bad. It’s more that the reason for the changes was sudden, unavoidable, and made very, very real around the world as we were forced to retreat from our social norms. Some of usmight be able to adjust faster than others, but we’re all still trying to figure out the best ways to balance business goals with being empathetic to our team while managing our way through a global pandemic.
Heading into Partner Summit Digital, I’m more aware of the current state of the world—and the role that Cisco, our partners, and marketing—play in it than ever before. Unlike previous years, we won’t be gathering in-person for a couple of fun- and learning-filled days. Instead, we’ve pivoted to a virtual only conference – where we have now extended invites to all of our partners (previous invites were limited at physical events), and you can watch the sessionslive or on demand from the comforts of your workspace.
I’m also excited as we intend for this approach to be as fun and insightful as the Partner Summit we have all come to love. The team here at Cisco has been working tirelessly to put together a one-of-a-kind experience filled with business impact sessions, innovation talks, on-demand sessions, amazing guest speakers and more.
For our partner marketers specifically, please join our innovation session “Marketing with Disruption: How Agility Can Make You Future Ready.” This will feature a discussion between myself and Devin Hood, Cisco’s Director of Digital Customer Experience Marketing – on key learnings around how we have been adapting our marketing practice, further integrated sales and marketing, and leveraged data during COVID-19. I encourage you to add INT12 to your session schedule now—you won’t want to miss it!
If you haven’t registered yet, don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to join us next week. Register now and ensure you’re Future Ready!
