Q: What do you love about your job?

A: What a great question. First of all, I love my job! I'm proud of the company and team that I have built. We continue to grow each day. Being able to network and meet new people from all areas of the business are what I thrive on in my career. We are usually engaged by Board of Directors, CEOs, COOs, CFOs and CIOs, and learning each of their unique business challenges and objectives is always energizing for us. We thrive on aiding the entire company to strategize and develop a holistic roadmap that is realistically executable for their resources, both human and financial.

Q: What is one personal, and one professional goal, you have in the next five years?

A: Personally, is to hone my golf skills. As you can imagine, a company with the name Double Eagle in it is expected to be able to hold their own on the golf course. Professionally, it is to continue to expand Double Eagle Consulting in the mid-tier marketplace.

Q: What difficulty have you overcome that impacted your career for the better?

A: I hate to say this, but it would be being a female CIO in the early 2000's. I was super young to be hired at the C-Suite level and there were very few females, if any, that I encountered to be a role model or my peer for networking. While I never let that be an obstacle, I learned to embrace the need in the market to support women in technology, as well as create my own lane.?I'm a proud supporter of Women in Technology and Girls Who Code.

Q: Why do you recommend Masergy solutions to your customers?

A: I can't decide which I like more...the sales team and engineers, the customer service team, or the solutions team. To be honest, we found all of them in Masergy! Q: Anything else you'd like to share?

A: I love this success story and I tell it all the time to those who think they can't afford cyber solutions. Masergy stopped a ransomware attack in seven minutes of my client going live! Within seven minutes of going live, my client had a ransomware signature in waiting to deploy identified on one of their endpoints. Masergy's London SOC identified and rectified the situation causing a positive ROI to our client in just seven minutes which would have cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars, not to mention damage to their brand's reputation.
