Project Amplify is a new initiative that has been designed to assist partners with content around pre-defined packages applicable during the COVID-19 period. The intent is to help to speed up the development and deployment of SAP-and-partner joint packaged solutions.
So far a siginificant amount of different partners have signed up to the programme, which is built around a set of pre-approved packages, all featuring agreed SAP solutions, that meet some of the most pressing business needs in the current climate.
A subset of packages have been chosen for EMEA South, based on criteria defined by Lines of Business experts and relevance for the region. Initially, five key market units have been selected to take part, namely: Spain, Italy, Turkey, UAE, and South Africa. These are the market units where we expect the biggest traction. The partners have been working on their propositions this month and then we will work with them to start to generate demand, with support and expertise from our team in the Digital Hubs in Barcelona and Cairo. This will be done in conjunction with activities the partners drive themselves.
The aim of the game is to drive momentum and build partner pipelines for the second half of the year and beyond. However, if partners already have a package that they’re developing because they’ve spotted an opportunity in an industry or market, SAP will support with demand generation activities to avoid any delays. If partners can identify a gap in the market, can define a proposition and build supporting marketing content and collateral around that, SAP will help partners to drive as much traction as possible within the market.
