Thanks to our partners, our ecosystem of integrations continues to evolve. Below, we list the latest updates within our partner network.

New Integration Partner: ReturnZap

ReturnZap has developed an integration between their platform and Ongoing WMS, streamlining the returns management for Shopify merchants, and automating the end-to-end process for returns, exchanges, and store credits. ReturnZap’s platform allows customers to initiate returns directly via a portal on the Shopify store, syncing the return details with Ongoing WMS. This creates a return order within Ongoing, preparing the warehouse to receive and process the return. Once the warehouse confirms receipt in Ongoing WMS, ReturnZap finalizes the transaction, handling any necessary refunds, exchanges, or store credits. Goods Owner SOAP API

• Shipment Tracking Information: The GetShipmentsByQuery call now includes tracking details.
• Purchase Order Text Lines: Users can now add "purchase order text lines" when creating or retrieving purchase orders.
• Total VAT on Order Lines: A new field for specifying total VAT is now available on order lines.
• Order Line Free Decimal 1: There is a new customizable field called “order line free decimal 1" on order lines.
• Expiry and Production Dates in Historical Inventory: The GetHistoricalInventoryByQuery now returns expiry and production dates for article items.

Goods Owner REST API

• File Deletion for Orders: A new endpoint enables the deletion of files attached to orders.
• Total VAT on Order Lines: A new field for specifying total VAT is now available on order lines.
• Order Line Free Decimal 1: There is a new customizable field called “order line free decimal 1" on order lines.
• Purchase Order Text Lines: Users can now add "purchase order text lines" when creating or retrieving purchase orders.
• Purchase Order Change-Time Filter: A new filter lets users fetch purchase orders with changes to the header or lines after a specified time.
• Tracking Information in Parcel Creation: When creating parcels on an order, tracking information can now be set simultaneously, streamlining the process and removing the need for separate API calls.

Goods Owner Automation REST API

• Parent Setting for Pallet Items: The UpdatePalletItem call now allows defining a parent for a pallet item.
• Article Pick Handling Comments: "Article pick handling comments" are now included in responses for GetMovementArticleItemsByQuery, GetOrderArticleItemsByQuery, and GetArticleItemsByQuery.

Webhooks

• Order Tracking Information: Tracking details are now included in order-related webhooks.

Known for its expertise across Logistics, Crane & Construction, and 3PL services, the company primarily serves G?taland and parts of Svealand. Once reliant on Excel sheets and customer-specific systems, they now manage a wide range of customer needs—from detailed scanning to streamlined pallet handling—using Ongoing WMS. The switch has brought them simplicity, structure, and enhanced control over their goods. Currently, they're expanding their use of Ongoing WMS to include customs goods, aiming to further elevate their service offering.
