New Integration: EazyStock

EazyStock , a cloud-based inventory optimization tool, now offers seamless integration to Ongoing WMS. This connection enables EazyStock to automate labor-intensive and often imprecise manual tasks, enhancing the accuracy of demand forecasting and elevating your inventory management practices. If you're currently grappling with complex spreadsheets, managing surplus stock, or incurring high costs due to urgent orders to meet unforeseen demand, the combination of EazyStock and Ongoing WMS offers an effective solution.

Featured Integration: Inventory Planner by Sage

We're excited to introduce our integration with Inventory Planner by Sage! The partnership between Ongoing and Inventory Planner, a leading inventory planning software trusted by over 2600 retailers globally, focuses on enhancing inventory management for e-commerce businesses. By integrating with Inventory Planner, Ongoing offers advanced demand forecasting tools. These tools enable merchants to predict sales more accurately, even in fluctuating markets, ensuring stock investment that quickly attracts buyers. This integration benefits both businesses managing their own warehouses and those using 3PL providers that employ Ongoing WMS.

Featured Integration: Crystallize

Crystallize is a super-fast headless commerce platform tailored for product storytellers. Their platform has users all over the world, that deeply care about user experience and performance, for whatever websites they are building. Widely used globally, Crystallize focuses on user experience and performance for various websites, including webshops using Ongoing WMS managing their own warehouse or via a 3PL. The platform has successfully integrated with Ongoing WMS, which has already processed over 100,000 orders.

APIs & Webhooks

We continuously improve our APIs and webhooks to stay up-to-the-minute. Below, we have listed some of our latest updates. More information about our APIs and webhooks can be found in our Developer Pages.

Automation API:

  • The RemoveOrderPalletItem call can now remove a pallet item from an order.

Goods Owner REST API

  • The endpoint /articleItems now returns each item's ID and its lock status reasons.
  • Users can now modify a purchase order's number via a PATCH request to /{id}/purchaseOrderNumber.
  • The "invoice URL" field is now available when creating and retrieving orders.
  • Specify parcels when linking article items to a purchase order to /purchaseOrders/{id}/articleItems.
  • Retrieving article items now provides associated purchase order details.

Goods Owner SOAP API

  • The UpdateInOrders function now allows for changing purchase order numbers.
  • Introducing the new API call UpdateProductionOrder for updating production orders.
  • The ProcessProductionOrder now includes two additional optional Booleans.
  • GetProductionOrdersByQuery can now filter for incomplete production orders.
  • ProcessInOrder permits setting an article item category when detailing article items.

Webhooks

  • The shipment webhook can now be triggered for specific transporters.

Scandinavian Cosmetics, a prominent distributor of beauty products in Sweden, adopted Ongoing WMS to enhance their operations. They chose Ongoing WMS due to its successful integration with AutoStore? by Element Logic?, enabling efficient and automated workflows. The combined system allows for swift and accurate processing of orders, from receiving to shipment. It efficiently handles both inbound and outbound deliveries, significantly speeding up these processes. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central minimizes the risk of errors, thanks to the extensive automation of tasks. This has led to more efficient, error-free order fulfillment for Scandinavian Cosmetics.
