Partner Edward Steinberg participates in the Court of Appeals created- Commission to Reimagine Courts and makes suggestions for future efficiencies
In the summer of 2020, I was serving as the President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. It was with great honor that I was asked by the Chief Judge of New York State to serve on the Commission to Reimagine the Future Courts. The hope was to find new methods and best practices that the courts can use to bring better access and more efficient methods to our future courts. We issued many reports and in mid 2022; the Commission formed a sub-committee called the Pandemic Practices Group; for which I was asked to serve. We issued a news release and report last month with suggestions that will benefit. I want to thank all of those who I served with as well as those who assisted in our project, and I look forward to seeing these changes implemented.

1 年We are having tremendous success with our NY no-fault arbitration cases which is one of several reasons why we are NY’s #1 boutique no-fault arbitration law firm. If your personal injury clients have any NY no-fault medical bills and/or lost wage claims that have been wrongfully denied by ANY insurance company (Geico/Allstate/ AmericanTransit/Countrywide, Progressive/StateFarm/Travelers/Hereford/Liberty Mut, etc.), we will get those claims paid for you. We are NY’s #1 No-Fault Arbitration Law Firm handling NY’s most prominent personal injury law firms’ arbitration matters including their clients’ lost wage claims and outstanding medical bills. Regardless of whether it's an IME or a peer review, no matter how small or large the claim is, we will fight the insurance companies' denials. And here’s the BEST part...my firm will ALSO put up any and all filing fees required to arbitrate your personal injury clients' outstanding medical bills & lost wage claims that were wrongfully denied. If you have any interest in getting your clients' NY no-fault medical bills & lost wage claims reimbursed, you can see our ad in The New York Law Journal every Wednesday, or simply please feel free to contact me at (516)457-5800, and thank you. ????

2 年Tremendous effort. I now have my homework assignment for the weekend. My only question …will this be on the exam?
I create content that connects companies to their clients and customers, cultivates community, and is the catalyst for conversations on change. I serve as a legal industry analyst, speaker, ghostwriter, and podcast host.
