Accounts Assistant Part-time

The successful candidate will report directly to the company director, gaining valuable insights and experience in a supportive environment. This position is particularly well-suited for individuals who prioritise flexibility in their work schedule and are looking to contribute to a dynamic and welcoming team. Knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and general accountancy administration.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conducting bank reconciliations and handling daily banking activities.
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers.
• Overseeing credit control
• Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ideally ERP or OFL Profit4 systems (training can be provided if necessary).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
