Be Part of Something Different

Be Part of Something Different

Last week, we released a website specifically designed to make the case statement to our labor market as to why someone might want to work at G.L. Huyett. In recent months we have come to the realization that we must no longer try and catch talent, but rather we must hunt for the kind of people that can thrive in our organization.

I make no claim that we are the best employer, as we are not for everyone. I can assure people that no one tries harder and no one is more committed to talent development and professional success than we are. Each day we think of ways to make G.L. Huyett a better place to work. It is a journey.

We elected to use this approach, which through time will succeed our employer page on our website. As www.huyett.com increasingly is driven toward search and transact, ease of use, and rich technical features for our distributor customer base, we became concerned that our culture and workplace descriptions would get lost in the shuffle. So we elected to take this more standalone and what I suggest is a sincere approach.

Go to www.kansasfreeagents.com to read more. I would appreciate your feedback.
