To a workplace, increasing diversity means moving the needle in a positive direction toward creating well-represented candidate pools, equitable hiring processes, and inclusive workplace environments where employees can grow and feel a deep sense of belonging. To an individual, increasing diversity means representation. It is about taking chances on ourselves and navigating inequities to reach for more in our careers. Here at Team JTC, we continue to be proud of the work that individuals and workplaces are doing to increase diversity around the globe.?


This is why we're excited to announce our 2023 Increase Diversity? Award recipients recognizing workplaces moving the needle to increase diversity and promote a culture of inclusion.?


The winners were selected based on the following criteria:?

Criteria #1:

Commitment to increasing diversity through implemented inclusive sourcing, recruiting and hiring programs.


Criteria #2:

Commitment to increasing diversity through implemented training and education programs for leaders and employees.?


Criteria #3:

Commitment to increasing diversity through implemented development and retention programs inclusive of historically underrepresented groups.?
