The Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade (GCPIT) is seeking an Honorary Director General and Mission Director to provide strategic leadership and direction to our organization across 200+ countries. As the Honorary Director General and Mission Director, you will work closely with the Board of Directors to promote and advance GCPIT's mission of promoting international trade and supporting economic development worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and vision to GCPIT's mission and goals
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic plans, policies, and programs that support GCPIT's mission and values
Promote GCPIT's mission and vision to stakeholders, donors, partners, and the public
Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations, governments, and institutions that align with GCPIT's mission and goals
Represent GCPIT at national and international forums, conferences, and events
Develop and oversee the implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives that promote international trade and support economic development
Develop and manage the budget, financial resources, and fundraising strategies to support GCPIT's mission and goals
Provide leadership and guidance to GCPIT's staff and volunteers

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and leadership in international trade, economic development, and/or related fields
Strong understanding of the global trade environment and economic policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams of staff and volunteers
Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and fundraising
Strong commitment to GCPIT's mission and values
Must be an entrepreneur with a successful track record in business and a member of the Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade
