Part of the archery team - Love Them!

Yesterday, I took my team out to Dallas BBQs and I treated them to ice cream from Cobblestone...oops, I meant Coldstone. LOL. I kept on saying Cobblestone yesterday.

This is a mini-post on gratefulness. Also on knowing that my multi-faceted team came together on a journey that started ten years ago. We are all on various paths in careers, jobs, school or retirement but our love of coaching and the sport of archery brings us together weekly. They trust me in the area of planning, finances, and leading us to the vision of archery exposure for every child. I trust them to bring their amazing personalities and their quirky spirits to each lesson. We are diverse in appearance but we all have a spirit of kindness.

I am grateful that they trusted me to lead them and also allowed me to grow in leadership. I have made numerous mistakes on this path. But, I guess what they see in me is greater than any mistakes that I have made. We will continue to let dreams fly. :-)
