3 个月I am not sure whether this is agile or 'just' iterative; I doubt you can take an e-commerce platform into production when you can only deal with orderrequested events, but not with orderpromised and declared - or payment. Also: when you use a Model Driven Development approach, you may not even need a backlog anymore. Nevertheless, still a fan of the approach!
