Rather than hoping for a happy and purposeful life, look for solutions rather than dreaming of what could be.
Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, which includes good advice on living a life of passion and purpose! A study shows several principles for improving self-esteem. In this post, I will list three of the top tenets. In my next post, I will list three more.
The last post listed three principles for improving self-esteem that led to a happy and purposeful life.

Visualizing success. See success. It is the practice of creating mental images of desired outcomes to motivate and guide one's actions. Believe, seek, act, and achieve!
Have a steppingstone mentality about this whole thing, where as soon as you make one step, you visualize the next step, not five steps ahead. Stay focused.

Verify your goals and create doables for achieving them. Ensure that you understand the “why” of the goal. Why do you really want to achieve this particular goal? It is important to have the correct goal and not work toward arriving at the wrong destination. Achieve the right goal.

Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. Change is inevitable and necessary for growth. Be flexible to stay relevant and achieve your goals. Adjusting your approach and behavior to suit different situations is essential for success.
