The movie presents in full time with comments in English:

- rectal disc excision,

- removal of the right parameter,

- decompression of sacral roots

- diaphragmatic repair

Uneventful outcomes: no dyspnea, no dysuria, no sciatic or pudendal pain, normal bowel movements, the patient discharged the day 6
