Part 1-What is Whiteness?

THE SYSTEM OF WHITE SUPREMACY

The first thing we must realize is that melanated and non-melanated peoples are under various levels of control by a power structure that has been established, maintained, and refined for the past 500 plus years. Western Europe went out and established power across the entire globe, galvanizing access to resources and creating a system of control, domination, and destruction of non-white people, as evidence from the languages spoken over the entire globe from European origin.

This system is white supremacy. You may have heard it coined white supremacy, whiteness, white power system, white extremism, racism, and the list goes on. The term we use in Cultural Emotional Intelligence? or abbreviated (CEQ?) for this power structure is whiteness or systemic whiteness because we believe this term gets us closer to the origin, structure, and functionality of the term. This is very important when dealing with a social group which maintains a power dynamic which is rooted in deception.

THE 5 FAMILIES

Western Europe, more specifically, Spain, Portugal, France, England, and the Dutch, which CEQ coins “The 5 Families” went on to establish a system of control, domination, and destruction across the entire global, starting from the early to mid 1400’s until present day. 

You could even credit the blueprint for this power structure partially to the Romans, which also lived in Europe, ruled a large territory with little numbers, a powerful military, and a sinister psychological campaign. But for the sake of confusion, we will clearly establish whiteness within “The Five Families” of Spain, Portugal, France, England, and the Dutch. 

These 5 countries went out into the entire continent, to establish their dominion, by any means necessary, to establish what we now know as a white power structure. (Even though at this time the term white had not been used speculatively by Europeans until the 1600’s; will explain more in part 2.) The 5 families used religion and the church (Manifest Destiny) to back up the grotesque acts of rape, castration, murder, and genocide of various melanated people groups. A way to absolve their conscience of the sins they created and maintained in order to subjugate the world into white control. 

THE WOES OF WESTERN EUROPE

It is also very important to understand Western Europe, specifically (Spain, Portugal, France, England, and the Dutch, before colonization, to understand their social conditions.Europe was in a seemingly continual state of war for close to 1000 years, from the Crusades, to The Hundred Years War with England and France, and other internal power struggles between these 5 countries. Europe was experiencing crop failures, famine, starvation (1300-1850) due to global climate change called “The Little Ice Age'', not to mention the Bubonic Plague (1348-1350) which some historians say wiped out close to half of Europe's population. Europeans culture was dysfunctional, dying, and dangerous with their advanced military technology and deceptive control strategies, yet they were either unwilling or unable to fix their social problems at home, so they decided to just ignore the problem and express their dysfunction on melanated people groups.
