New for 2024, Parks Associates improved upon the Consumer Electronics Dashboard to create the Tech Ecosystem Dashboard, now illustrating the power of brand ecosystems and the convergence of consumer electronics devices with entertainment. Smartphones, for example, are central hubs for communication, but also daily drivers for smart home device management and personal entertainment.

The new tech ecosystem dashboard focuses on four main brand ecosystems: Apple, Amazon, Samsung, and Google but data and discussion of additional brands for individual CE categories are also included, along with historical numbers.

Consumer Insights Dashboards present survey-based consumer research that tracks movement of foundational market metrics, such as product or service adoption, household spending intentions, churn, and key tracking metrics on leading industry players.
