Parking Management Company Promotes Jake Varshal to National Commercial Sales Director

Parking Management Company (PMC), a national parking services provider based in Nashville, has announced the promotion of Jake Varshal to National Commercial Sales director. Varshal, who joined PMC in 2021, will lead the company’s Commercial Real Estate division’s sales objectives to capitalize on the company’s recent rapid growth.

Varshal joined PMC as the vice president of Operations in the Hospitality division in early 2021 when the company acquired Texas-based parking company Hospitality Parking. In his previous position, he managed hospitality and commercial parking operations during Hospitality Parking’s expansion from Austin into the Houston and San Antonio markets.

Following PMC’s acquisition of Hospitality Parking, Varshal oversaw 200 Hospitality locations in PMC’s West and Central regions and played a pivotal role in the growth of its Hospitality and Commercial divisions.

In his new role as National Commercial Sales director, Varshal will be responsible for partnering with commercial accounts across the country. PMC has long provided technology-driven parking management solutions for national brands, and Varshal will maintain and expand these agreements, while also brokering new partnerships.

In Nashville, PMC recently agreed to manage prominent office locations such as the Public Library Garage, the Hilton Hotel & Walk of Fame Park Garage, 333 Commerce, and the Courthouse Garage. This recent expansion and Varshal’s promotion represent a significant step in PMC’s continued expansion of commercial real estate and parking lot management nationwide.
