Parking Management Company Expands With Acquisition of Progressive Parking Solutions

National parking services provider strengthens Midwest and Southeast presence

Parking Management Company (PMC), a national parking and hospitality services provider, has acquired Progressive Parking Solutions, a boutique parking and transportation management firm based in Little Rock, Ark. PMC will incorporate Progressive Parking’s locations across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin into their national portfolio. This marks the latest in a series of acquisitions for PMC, including Keefe Co. Parking in Minnesota, Bird Dog Parking in Tennessee, ParkPoolr in Minnesota, American Parking in Arizona and Pueblo Parking in Arizona.

All Progressive Parking employees, including owner Kirk Hoffman, will remain with PMC. PMC will take over parking management of Progressive Parking’s existing locations, including several commercial lots and healthcare facilities. As part of the transition, PMC will introduce its suite of parking technology solutions such as PMC Pay to all new locations, to improve convenience and enhance the overall parking experience for both parkers and lot owners.
