The Parking Industry needs to change; but how?

The Parking Industry needs to change; but how?

Why parking?

My main focus right now is in the parking industry and you might be wondering why. It's been around since before vehicles were machines and it's only becoming more of a focus for people and cities.

With growing populations and millions of cars in every country, with a fast growing trend of automation, self driving cars and apps for everything, we need to find new solutions for people, businesses and government regulations. This brings in technology which is disrupting an industry that went through major changes with the introduction of pay machines that replaced attendants not that long ago. Now with growing cities, less space for parking. the demand for convenience and growing costs we have to pivot again. The technology that was created then is no longer good enough.

So how do we improve?

First by realizing that parking is not going anywhere, but it does have to adapt to emerging trends like self-driven cars, cities diverting car use outside the downtown cores, limited spaces in new buildings and spaces that are currently used for parking being sold to developers, etc. This is on top of issues that most parking lots have with misuse, walk-offs, visitors parking being used for resident, etc.

My first parking software was built out of necessity for my own clients in the security industry over 12 years ago when no one was really thinking of combining parking and software. Since they we have innovated and built Smart Parking Apps. With all parties involved in mind (security, bylaw, owners, residents, the public, government, enforcers, etc) we made the best solution that we actually use ourselves. We sell it to our own clients and use it everyday so it has to work now. We aren't just a team of developers making an app, our software engineers see first hand what happens in parking lots from residential to commercial of all kinds, including hospitals and airports. This gives them a keen knowledge of the problem they are solving beyond being parking users themselves.

Having seen the industry change so drastically over the last 25 years and seeing the problems and solving many of them first hand, my team and I have a huge advantage. We want to share that with anyone who is facing these challenges and always call our customers partners as we are all in the same boat in wanting to have seamless interactions with managing and using parking spaces. We currently have a 60 day trial launched today so you can see how easy it is to setup and use starting today.

If you'd like to get in now as a sales partner with revenue shares, we are currently looking for Master state, regional and local partners. Message me for more details.
