Paris 2024: the power of disability. More than a flag for LVMH
As part of the partnership between 酩悦·轩尼诗-路易·威登集团 and Paris 2024 - Home of Olympics Hospitality , athlete Pauline Déroulède has become the face of Dior. She "will represent the House of 迪奥 as an ambassador at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. (...) LVMH and Dior are delighted to welcome Pauline Déroulède as ambassador and "Artisane de toutes les victoires". A three-time French champion in her sport, Deroulède is more than just an athlete.
After being hit by a car in October 2018, Ms. Déroulède had to have her left leg amputated. As a longtime tennis player,?the competitor rallied after the life event and sought to compete in the Paralympic Games Paris 2024.
She can be found on the courts, on television as a consultant, and also at the helm of conferences she gives to raise awareness of the issue of road safety. It's a subject that not only echoes her own personal story, but concerns everyone.

It is a powerful move from the Luxury Conglomerate that goes in two main directions:
Support?for?the athlete?continues a tradition on the part of LVMH and its Maisons of partnering with the world of athletics. From making trophies to designing trunks, the conglomerate has hands in?a?variety?of sports, including rugby, basketball, soccer, automobile racing and tennis.
I want to underline how much Dior wants to be linked with the values that all the athletes share: commitment, altruism, a taste for setting goals. Who can feel excluded? Remember: we should all be... Dior lovers!
