Paria Karimi reached a big milestone when she nailed her PhD thesis entitled "Electron beam-powder bed fusion of Alloy 718: Effect of process parameters on microstructure evolution" on the 9th of Nov. Great work Paria! The nailing cermony is an old tradition to announce that the thesis now is available to the public to criticise.
