2025 Salary Forecasts: A Balancing Act in Uncertain Times
The Conference Board 's latest survey reveals a projected 3.9% salary increase budget for 2025, slightly up from 2024's 3.8%. While this figure is among the highest in two decades, it's a drop from 2023's 4.4% increase. The research also indicates a shift in compensation strategies, with companies focusing more on retention and exploring alternatives to traditional bonuses.
