Hydraulic simulation of large water distributions systems is a computationally expensive task specially when you have to do this thousands of times. One solution to reduce the simulation time is to use parallel processing. In this blog post I have used HydraCAL, the water distribution system analyzing software, to explain how engineers in water industry could benefit form parallel computation. 9 年That's wonderful. The engineers and designers always have more challenges with hydraulic simulation in large water distribution networks. Hope to hear new capabilities of Hydrocal in the future.
Great job. For large networks simulation time is always a challenge. I'm happy to see some tools are easing the computational complexities.
