Hi,
Welcome to the April ‘Employer Pulse’ from Paragon Skills, your monthly newsletter containing the latest news and updates from the apprenticeship sector, helping you to put training at the heart of your business.
This month’s issue is jam packed with the exciting news of the Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards finalists, a FREE webinar we are delivering next week about apprenticeships in care, and loads more to keep you in the loop of all things apprenticeships with Paragon Skills.
Paragon Skills is excited to announce the date and finalists for our Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards, now in its second year, which will be held on the 21st?June 2023!
The Paragon Skills Apprenticeship Awards are designed to recognise and reward the achievements of exceptional apprentices and apprenticeship employers. These awards will highlight and celebrate the commitment, hard work, and achievements of both apprentices and the contribution of their employers.
Join the number one training provider for the care sector for our FREE webinar on the 4th of May 2023. We will be discussing how we can work with you and your setting to support apprenticeships in the care sector.
We are also pleased to announce that we will have our employer partner, Tricuro join us to talk about how they have used apprenticeships within their business to drive better retention and recruitment of their team members.
As you may know, Paragon Skills was rated the Number 1 Training Provider at the Rate My Apprenticeship Awards last year. The awards are based on learners leaving a review of their apprenticeship. As a reward after leaving a review, they will receive a £5 Amazon Gift Voucher.
Please can you?encourage all your apprentices working with Paragon Skills to complete a Rate My Apprenticeship review and help us to keep our top position???
