I am increasingly aware that we have very limited control of the future and yet I see a lot of value in setting goals in order to better align ourselves with reality and experience greater flow, presence and aliveness. In this 5+ minute clip I talk about shifting perspective as a way to prepare for 2023 and include a simple 4 step process for goal setting.

It pulls in meditation and energy management tools to help you set and realize a vision that aligns with reality. Something you can use everyday to start the day.
