Just as the wind and rain have seasons, so is the fate of a well-crafted plan: they all fall and rise to their peak right before your eyes, acting as if nothing ever happened. They’d spin out of control as if fighting against you and, at some point, won’t even know what they want you to feel like. They’d start and stop however they like; even though the days pass, you feel less likely to keep trying. Just as the wind and rain pass, so does the fate of a well-crafted plan.?
It’s a bit ironic for the casual getters to think that it ends with wanting something wrong and planning strategically on how best to get to the finish line, hoping to automate the process and chill back against the wall so that it all begins to play out by itself. Of course, nothing wants to stay still; nothing wants to be moved in a particular direction, so the more time you put into smoothing things out, the more likely they are to fail through to completion. Even the most trivial things need the most conscious intent to be something worth nothing.?
Everything starts as an idea, and you might wonder, “How on earth will this work? impossible!”. You won’t be wrong in any way; it’s just that you just gave up all the time you potentially would have spent growing up, and those relying on your dream for a better life suddenly have a different track to face when it becomes their turn to face reality. Imagine a world without the internet now; no matter your opinion, it has improved things, making planning and perseverance more accessible and efficient. At least we’re together now on this page. That is the paradox: a good plan isn’t enough, and not planning at all is worse! And so, despite our best efforts and our whole trick to life, we’re left at the juncture where all efforts are wasted or stay long enough to actualize their purpose. Our best efforts might not always be all that’s needed. We must be willing to go the extra mile.?
What truly counts are the efforts we put in and the consistency we maintain even when everything seems lost. Regardless of how we define success and failure, the pivotal question is, “What will you do when there’s nothing else left to do?” What keeps you going?” A “good man” isn’t just a definition of a current state but a culmination of the intentional act of returning after a fall. This is the essence of perseverance—the inspiration that fuels and compels us to rise repeatedly until we reach our goals. Our intuitions might not always be the best, but they should never overpower us or close our eyes to our immense opportunities. Perseverance keeps us going and drives us to rise repeatedly until we reach our goals.?

This might have dragged out for longer than I probably would have expected, but that’s okay. Everything in life is a mix of consistently trying to meet up and to be better each step of the way, making sure to pick up the pieces along the way. And so, even if it might not seem like it, repetition might be the key to unlocking the eureka moment, suggesting that by consistently revisiting and refining our plans, we may suddenly discover a breakthrough. Opening the mind creates the necessary conditions to keep hope alive, stay sharp, and keep trying new things regardless of what might have come before.?
The story is never complete, especially if you’re willing to keep giving it the attention it needs to improve and be better. It’s always just enough trouble to desire to change any given condition and stay disciplined enough to see it happen. Even though time flies, it is still an illusion to overthink how to get to a new place from your current standpoint. No matter how much you try to convince yourself what matters or get distracted from everything else, it still matters to keep one’s head in the game, ensuring that the efforts being put in transform you along the journey to make the most of what matters to you in very many details.?
The paradox is about how much we are willing to keep trying—all we can fathom and all we can do—and yet, there still needs to be a straight line to success. You can try this, and it works; try it again. It might have shifted slightly because the conditions are no longer the same. It changes constantly; we strive to see it make more and more sense, and yet it does what it pleases. So, we are better off knowing when to stop, what to expect, and how to go about it. In a typical case of being human, of being alive, it’s the race for he who can keep making changes regardless of what comes, irrespective of what happens through mistakes and character development. At some point, all that matters now might change, and yet, it wouldn’t have been so if we didn’t focus on this current stage and get the most out of it while we could. We live in a paradox, but it’s up to us to redefine what success means: to hold us back or launch us even more forward!
