For more than three decades, Carelli has traded in food and consumer goods. It has grown to a team of over 600 employees and boasts an annual turnover of 80 million euros, making it a major player in the Italian consumer goods market.

However, the company faced challenges due to the growing volume of invoices, delivery notes, and other paper documents, sometimes up to 1,500 daily.
