Paperless HR - time to shine

Paperless HR wins first prize???

Yesterday we took 1??st place in the global GHR Service Excellence Awards 2023 competition in the Operational Excellence?category.

?

?? About contest: with this award ING as a group wants to?promote, drive, and recognize excellent people service delivery globally.?

?

Behind the success of this project is a team of amazing people, at first strangers and accidental, but over time passionately devoted to one cause. It is a unique combination of various talents and skills of nearly 80 people who contributed a bit of themselves during the project and helped to ignite the passion and faith in the final success.

?

Tech, HR, Legal, Risk, Data, Ops competencies met in one project. People with different ways of thinking and approaches to solving problems have created a work environment unique in its diversity.

?

I'll mention only few heros of this story:

My boss Maja Chabińska Rossakowska - who gave us trust and faith in the final success, space for experiments and understanding when the scope of the project was shrinking and the time was lengthening.

?

Project leaders - Justyna Gogola-Nowak and Marta Owczarczyk , who took responsibility for defining the scope and leading this expedition into the unknown.?

?

Product Manager – Oskar Brodzik , travel companion, through thick and thin, a companion of doubts, a backlog guardian.?

?

Klaudia Ambro?ek and Magdalena Banasik -? they helped us pass a very complex identity audit performed for the first time in HR, where we had to convince an external auditor of new processes, procedures and the highest level of security.?
