Paper Plane
Welcome back, or if it’s your first time here, take a seat, and I’ll fix you a drink.
Today, we’re looking at the Paper Plane, a modern classic that’s equal parts smooth, bitter, and refreshing. This one’s got balance dialed in just right. It’s got Bourbon at its core, but the Amaro and Aperol bring a citrusy, bittersweet edge, and the Lemon Juice keeps everything crisp. A perfectly level flight.
Let's start with some ingredients:
What Glass should I use,…
What hardware do I need?
Ice
None in the drink, but use ice to shake.
Garnish
A small paper plane is clipped onto the glass with an equally small wooden clip.
Directions - Let's do this; let's make a drink!
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Double strain into a pre-garnished glass.
Enjoy
