9 年Good point. TOD is about building integrated communities that people want to and are able to live, work, and play in.

9 年How did you steal Harrison Rue for Hawaii? The other aspect of TOD that I think gets lost is to try and figure out how to provide the necessary businesses to support ridership. Daycare being a prime example.
