Episode 292 of the #whoyaknow show we invite Craig Siegel, who is a Performance Coach, Keynote Speaker, Entrepreneur, Online brand exploder & the Host of the record-breaking podcast, The CLS Experience, as featured in Entrepreneur, MSN & Yahoo Finance.

When the pandemic happened, Craig left his lucrative & stable job on Wall Street and went all-in with his passion and purpose to help people revamp their mindset & alter their perspective. He combined that with his Entrepreneurial spirit & he began what the world would now know as Cultivate Lasting Symphony (CLS), a multi 6-figure juggernaut & movement that has resonated all across the globe.?

Craig talks about growing up and getting to Wall Street. He was a good kid but never had that direction. He had friends, went to college, had fun but wasn’t very serious about grades. He wasn't interested in any of the curriculum or anything that he learned in school. He went to school, got his degree, came out and that's when everything changed. He knew that he wanted to do something. So, he ended up on wall street and spent 10-11 years there.?

According to Craig, thoughts are random, thinking is not. Most people get bombarded with lots of negative thoughts in a day. The greats are aware enough to realize every thought in their head that is negative, they weren’t born with these beliefs.?Craig says that we have the ability to take out the thoughts that don’t serve us, replace them, and implement a more positive, constructive, productive thought.?

On starting his CLS brand, Craig says " I asked myself this in the pandemic. I know I’m meant for more. What are my gifts and what are my passions? My gifts are my ability to communicate and elevate and inspire people. My passion is personal development. I married the two and I started my CLS brand."

Talking about his podcast, The CLS Experience, Craig says "The CLS experience was my baby. When I started the CLS brain it was one of the lanes in the 10 lane highway and essentially I just wanted to create a space where we can have the world’s most recognizable and successful cats on the show. Talking about mindset, adversity and just great conversations."

While sharing some of the things that helped him reach big levels of success, Craig says "When I started the show I had a vision board as they do for big goals and stuff. My top three guests that I wanted to have on the show. I didn't give myself a time frame because I understand things take time. Ultimately, I wanted to have The Rock, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Ed Mylett on. And we crossed one off the list by the way."

Craig also says that the biggest thing that everybody struggles with is unworthiness. It ties back to confidence and self-belief.? Confidence is a skill that can be developed and when you start to feel confident, you start to feel worthy. Craig always likes to say this to the audience and a lot of his clients. He says three words “Why not you?”

Talking about cultivating confidence, Craig says that you can find someone that you hold in high regard. Whether be a celebrity or fictional character. What is it that makes them succeed at such a high level? What makes them tick? And you have the opportunity to model those attributes and bring them to yourself.

Craig describes messy action simply as showing up. According to him, it's never a perfect time.? You’re never gonna regret showing up and not performing your best, but you will absolutely regret not showing up. Taking messy action is good as long as you take action in the first place. He also talks about dictating your inner experience. He says that everything is an inside job. Negative thoughts, we should acknowledge them, replace them with empowering positive new thoughts that create new beliefs.?

Craig also emphasizes the importance of journaling. He finds it very powerful, journals every single day, and loves it. On asking upon what he needs to take his business to the next level, Craig says that he needs to continue doing what he is doing. He also wants to be able to delegate as they grow and hire and grow his special team.?

?? Craig at 20:35 - When you perform a kind act, or you step out of your comfort zone and do something that cultivates kindness, you actually release serotonin, which is the natural chemical in your body to produce bliss and happiness. But here is the kicker. The person doing the kind act releases the serotonin and also the person receiving it does as well. So you kill two in one stone.?

?? Craig at 26:25 - Thoughts are random, thinking is not.?

?? Craig at 31:52 - My biggest fear was not taking that shot and going back to something that did not make me happy.

?? Trevor at 32:50 - It’s the little things done consistently that lead to transformation.?

?? Craig at 41:58 - In the beginning I’m trying to make a name for myself and make an impact most importantly. At first it was tough to get big names. But you stay persistent. You always back it up with good content. You gotta have good content. That’s a good full time job in itself. So a couple of celebrities said yes then all of a sudden another one said yes. Now it’s a cool thing to be on the show. Now they are reaching out to us for exposure. So It goes just to show you how much can change in just a year’s time if you stick to the vision and you commit.?

?? Craig at 47:00 - Confidence is a skill that can be developed and when you start to feel confident, you start to feel worthy. So I always like to say this to the audience and to a lot of my clients whenever they feel like that. I say three words “Why not you?”

?? Craig at 52:06 - You’re never gonna regret showing up and not performing your best but you will absolutely regret not showing up. Taking messy action is good as long as you take action in the first place.?

?? Mark at 52:28 - Nobody is going to take action on you if you are not going to take action on yourself.?

?? Trevor at 53:00 - There is no such thing as perfect. Stop trying to reach perfection. There is no perfect y’all. Look at this. We spend thousands of dollars on all this stuff and still mistakes happen. So quit expecting it to be perfect and just take action. It’s not gonna be perfect ever.

?? Craig at 54:48 - We have control of how we want to choose our thinking. Positive thoughts, empowering thoughts. This creates brand new unbelievable abundant beliefs and essentially that creates whole new results and a whole new life for ourselves. So that is what I mean by inner experience. The inner work creates the outer work.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you so much for, as always, everything that you provide for us. We call upon your name dear Jesus that you would just fulfill the needs of the group in the network and those that are searching for their next successful position.

We ask you with faith that you would give them the wherewithal, the energy to run this race because it is a race. And we want them to know that they are not alone.

So, you’re always with us. You’re always providing for us, giving us what we need, not necessarily what we want but what we need.

I just pray that you will be with our state, our country, our world. Again there is so much going on with pandemic and disease and political strife and the things that we are seeing on the news headlines. Let us not be distracted. Keep us diligent and focused on what we need to do to get landed back to our normal lives.

In your name we pray. Amen!
