Pandemic: Changing The Narrative

The front lines need our support.?Negativity only breeds fear which leads to panic.?

Changing our narrative is one step we all can choose to put into action -?today.?We need to be aware of how we receive, process, and repeat the messaging we are encountering. We must be cognizant of how we influence those within our orbit. Words can uplift and also destroy the spirits of those around us.?

This message may be perceived as insensitive. I am not making light of our present circumstances regarding Coronavirus?disease (COVID-19), or the impact it has had on people's lives. I work with a Facility Management company in Cleveland supporting the medical community and together we've seen firsthand the toll it has taken on everyone. From the front-line medical staff to the organizations that support them, our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

I challenge everyone reading these words to consider how they can contribute to driving positivity?today?in light of the hopelessness we are gathering on social media, news outlets, and those we come in contact with.

Change begins and ends with each of us.

I challenge you to choose to be part of the solution instead of contributing to fear-mongering and hopelessness.
