"Pancakes!"
How there is always room for improvement
“Pancakes!”. There, I said it. However this was definitely not my intention I couldn’t think straight. The best answer for the question what I had for breakfast was perhaps “fruit and yoghurt” or “scrambled eggs and veggies”. But me planking for too long melts my brain. And the best of all was the reply of the instructor: “If you can still think and talk, your workout can be more intense!”.
Oh, I wished I just had shut my mouth.
My essay for today:
Stuck? How to look for improvement!
I'm not a fan of keeping a full eating journal. I am a fan of keeping track of the extra’s you eat. The most people think they’re not snacking much, but when they wrote it down ??the “aha erlebnis” comes around
Yeah yeah, you’re probably the most busy person in the world, never finding time for a workout? Check the duration for the use of your cellphone and Netflix. I busted myself using FB for 8 hours per week! Holy sh*t! Use a timer for those things ??
The best investment in making progress is making better choices. Eating less is making you hungry, but eating the right products has the most impact. Always add vegetables or low-sugar fruit with your meals, choose for high protein low fat meat ?? quit adding too much fat for preparing meals
You think you’re hungry but you’re not. Yes you are craving or used to be eating all the time, but you are not hungry. Skip in betweens, wait for the next meal.
