Panax Ginsaeng and Diabetes

Diabetes is the main problem that could affect people generally in old age. Over 90% of all patients have diabetes that is type two. The other part has diabetes type one. Scholars observed that insulin resistance is associated with obesity and is much more difficult to overcome by obese patients. It was observed that type two diabetes is mainly treated with plants extracts of ginseng. Korean Ginsaeng- Panax Ginsaeng and the roots has been used to treat diabetes type two and is used as tonic. It is known that this plant possess antihyperglycemic activity. The active components of the plant are considered to be ginsenosides a group of saponins that have steroidal nature. The ginseng can have antidiabetic agents .It was shown that Ginsaeng reduces body weight and normalizes hyperglycemia. So if you want to lose weight and reduce diabetes risk take Ginsaeng tea or Ginsaeng extracts .But mind that there is Red Ginsaeng which may not suit to you if you have a lot of warm energy in your body ,the other types are good.

5 年Les alpes, etc... c'est plus une question de substrat et de terre de sous bois, d'exposition, et d attente 5 ans avant d'avoir une racine correcte, que de climat. on en trouve des graines en vente libre et certifiées.

5 年Is Panax Ginseng cultivated in Russia ? I think Ural mountains can be a place where it can grow (to be tested). I drink every day 10 ml of ginseng mixture imported from China ... this since many years. P.S. Luckily no diabete, no illmess ...
