Sales of residual bunker fuel in Panama rose by 5% to 2.73mn mt from January to July 2019, compared with 2.59mn mt during the same period in 2018, according to the Panama port authority. New availabililty
5 年Stefka hello. I’m curious are you seeing a lot of inquiries for vessels looking to discharge material from tank washing yet? I hope owners are aware just how thoroughly they must clean to transition from 3.5% to 0.5%. likely a buffer cargo then mucking and possibly another buffer cargo. I’m just curious how this will go.
